With a solid educational foundation, I earned Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Poland.
My professional journey spans across diverse roles and geographies, starting in the UK and later relocating to the USA. Currently, I am actively seeking an IT Manager position or a similar role where I can leverage my extensive skills and experience.
In my most recent role at Vari, a workspace innovation company in Coppell, TX, I served as a Senior Systems Administrator. During this tenure, I achieved remarkable milestones such as analyzing cloud infrastructure for potential annual savings, leading a hybrid-to-cloud infrastructure transition, and implementing Passwordless authentication for all users.
As an IT Team Leader at FI Real Estate Management in Chorley, UK, I not only performed quarterly IT security audits and managed relationships with suppliers but also served as the final support escalation contact, handling 100% of escalated issues for the entire group. My role involved overseeing a high-performing team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs were met, and acting as the CEO’s main point of contact for any IT-related matters.
Prior to that, as an IT Infrastructure Analyst at FI Real Estate Management, I played a pivotal role in decreasing the service desk queue, deploying hypervisors, and upgrading the comms room infrastructure. Additionally, at Coral Island in Blackpool, UK, as an IT Support Analyst, I was the first port of call for any system or physical IT issues.
Educationally, I hold certifications in Microsoft Azure (AZ-900) and Jamf, reflecting my commitment to staying abreast of the latest technologies. My strengths lie in leadership, technical proficiency, and automation and scripting skills, which have been critical in achieving project management excellence and resilience in team leadership, especially during the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
